Project area

The project extends along the German and Luxembourg borders and covers a vast territory between Libramont and Bullange, or more than 90 kilometres "as-the-crow-flies"... a territory in which 25 Natura 2000 sites are concerned. The area of action is crossed by three important rivers in the Ardennes: the Ourthe and its two tributaries, the Western and Eastern Ourthe, the Ambléve, which belong to the Mosan basin, and the Our, which belongs to the Rhine basin.
